Morning in Lucca, a fine old city with its ancient walls still intact and once famous for its silk, but now for its tourism and less so for the manufacture of toilet rolls!

Whilst in Lucca we chanced upon a veteran/vintage car rally just leaving the piazza as we arrived and they are shown here. They are supposed to be at the end of the sequence, but unfortunately, the vagaries of fotopic has slotted them at the beginning.

The afternoon was spent in Pisa, known to everyone for its leaning tower, which to a lot of us, seemed lower than expectations had us believe.
